This Bill seeks to amends the Agricultural Research Council of Nigeria Act, Cap. A12, Law of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004 (as Amended) to make provision for the establishment of the Federal College of Agriculture, Urhinigbe, Edo State, to provide full-time Courses, Teaching and Training in agriculture and agricultural technology and carry out its due Administrative and management duties and for other related matters.
