Oyo Open Assembly: Making Legislative Information Accessible to Every Citizen.

I propose the creation of an Oyo Open Assembly platform that makes legislative information easy for citizens to access and understand. The platform would provide plain-language summaries of bills, passed laws, budgets, committee activities, and other important decisions of the Oyo State House of Assembly.

Information should be available in English and Yoruba to reach more residents, including those with limited formal education or internet access. The initiative could also include community outreach, downloadable summaries, and a channel for citizens to submit questions and feedback.

This policy would promote transparency, accountability, and public participation. It would help young people, community groups, journalists, and ordinary citizens understand how laws are made and how legislative decisions affect their lives.
