Osun State should establish a structured youth skills programme that provides free vocational, digital, entrepreneurship and employability training for young people, with partnerships involving schools, businesses and local industries.
The policy should include practical training, mentorship, access to starter grants or equipment, and a system for tracking beneficiaries into employment or self-employment. This would help reduce youth unemployment, improve household income and develop a more productive workforce in the state.
