Despite budget allocations, rural communities often lack visibility on localized projects. This policy mandates the creation of an open-source, mobile-friendly state dashboard where every approved capital project at the state and local government level must be uploaded with its exact geolocation, contractor details, and funding status. By legislating radical transparency, we empower grassroots organizations and citizens to act as independent auditors, curbing abandoned projects and ensuring public funds translate into actual community infrastructure.

Government bodies and transparency should be the most important concern to every single citizens of a country. Nigeria as a democratic nation should not be left behind on this and crucial steps must be taken to hold our representative account and demand how our state is being managed.
This is a commendable initiative. Transparency in public projects is essential for accountability, especially at the grassroots level. Giving citizens access to accurate project and funding information can go a long way in reducing abandoned projects and ensuring public resources serve their intended purpose.
