Biography
Osi Kama Nkemkanma St. Andy is a Nigerian politician representing the Ivo/Ohaozara/Onicha Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives. Elected in 2023 under the Labour Party (LP), he later resigned for strategic reasons. He holds a Ph.D. in ICT, serves as Chairman of the House Committee on Climate Change.
