Biography
Koki Sagir Ibrahim is a member of the House of Representatives representing Kano Municipal Federal Constituency under the All Progressives Congress (APC). He earned a B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from Bayero University, Kano, and an MBA from international institutions in the Netherlands and the UK. Before politics, he founded Project Wheel Ltd, now part of Starring Group of Companies. In the National Assembly, he serves as Deputy Chairman, House Committee on Petroleum Resources (Midstream).
